Ezra - ECS Seeks Bankruptcy

Looking at the trading halts in Ezra's chart, the stock can only get worse but no better. Ezra unit ECS is filing for Chap 11 and brought the stock down to now almost worth nothing. The trading halt is a powerful maneuver to release important news and in fact there were 2 period of halts which indicated some bearishness in this counter. I am not touching this counter for the period. The glory days were over and I believe there are better counters to watch.

Ezra - Big Hands Volume

I don't usually trade heavy counters like Ezra or Ezion because they are thick and requires some very positive news to drive the stock upwards and hence it slow and more on the waiting side. However, yesterday, Ezra started to breakout after some serious of big hands volume transactions took place. Oil prices had been on the rise and many oil related counters started running except Ezra which only just started yesterday. It has met it's short term supply area and I need to see how much sellers are coming out now. Monitor it closely.

Noble Group, Sunmoon - Penny Stocks In Play

The market was buoyant with penny counters yesterday. First it was Kris Energy in the morning then followed by Moya Asia and then Noble. Later half of the day, Sunmoon took over and Alliance Mineral had some activity churning too. I think today some other penny stocks will start to take over and run while others might continue their run after yesterday's first breakout. It could be the penny stocks season is coming back again. Ezra - A Rebound Soon

Ezra had been on the way down since the penny season. The stock was under heavy selling and the sellers were just relentless. Looking at how the selling is now, a rebound is coming on the way which could potential caught some amateurs traders thinking that the rebound could sustain. In my opinion, this rebound is just a technical rebound that could meant more downside to come. Watch the stock closely and try to catch the rebound before it happens.

Oil Stocks - Top Volume

A lot of oil related stocks in the Top Volume started to run late in the afternoon and stocks like Ezion, Ezra and Rex Intl just shot up like more than 10% in a about 2 hours. I believe there are some important news tonight and hence the oil related counters are moving ahead of the data tonight. Well, I am so happy to see my student managed to hop into Rex Intl at 0.054 and sold off at 0.06 based on his own observation. Congrats!

Ezra - A Base Formed

Ezra forming a base now, and it's there everyday in the top volume. Looking at the market depth, it has signs of some turning but not quite there because I can't figure out anything at the moment. However I do know that a base is formed and it's not the time to short this counter. See the market depth, the buy/sell Q is very thick with thousands of lots stacked up, this implies that the stock has a lot of resistance up there and it's hard to move. The only time this counter is going to move is when the heavy stacked Q is removed. Let's see if it will happen soon..:)

Another batch, another group of self reliance students who used what I showed them earlier and what I taught them to make $$ themselves. It's the skill that will last your forever and it's not the tips. I am so busy recently with many meetings and student events that I am getting lesser time for blogging. Ezra, Rex, Vard, Tech Oil & Gas - Suffered with Industry

A day of massacre and wide spread heavy selling across the board. Every stocks related to oil was not spared and the sellers were cold blooded. The market suffered it's biggest day drop since last month. Most penny stocks did not had a chance of recovery but more importantly the timing to buy stocks today was off and we were starting to short in the morning as posted in my last blog post.

In the morning, a lot of retailers were furiously chasing the market and everything I observed in the Top Volume was so spot on. There was a frenzy amount of buyers thinking that the market was bullish in the morning to only realized that end of day was a disappointment. I am rotating and looking for the next industry to move next. Who's moving with me?
