CNY - A Good Break

I am taking a break from the stock market at the moment. As of now scanning the top volume counters, there are some stock exudes potential charge up but requires more time for storing energy first before the rampant will happen. I will continue monitor those counters and trade when the time is right. Noble Group - Heavy Tumble

Noble continues it's tumble after my post earlier on. The research report from Iceberg was simply detrimental, but I believe to avoid this sell down and book at the hidden selling point is to identify Fake Breakouts before obvious selling materialized. The old adage of buy on rumors and sell on news holds true.

US$1 billion wiped off market value of Noble Group and two other companies on Monday after reports queried accounts 

HONG KONG - Shares of Noble Group, a Singapore-listed commodities trader, sank the most in three years on Monday. Sound Global posted a record drop, while Ozner Water International Holding lost 20 per cent. 

The common factor driving all three was research reports, at least two of them by short sellers, alleging accounting irregularities. Hong Kong-based Noble and Sound Global, a Beijing-based water-treatment firm, denied the allegations. Ozner Water said it' s preparing a detailed response to " unfounded" speculation against the company. 

The declines, which wiped out more than US$1 billion of market value as trading slowed before China' s Lunar New Year holidays, underscore investor skittishness about the reporting practices of Chinese and Hong Kong companies almost four years after Muddy Waters put a spotlight on the issue with its 2011 report on overstated timberland holdings at Sino-Forest Corp. 

" In the face of uncertainty, investors would sell first," said Alan Richardson, a Hong Kong-based money manager at Samsung Asset Management, which oversees about US$112 billion. " It' s a normal human reaction."

Noble Group - Stock Tumble

From yesterday to today, Noble had a high degree of sellers where the selling and dumping of shares was fast and furious. Analyzing and studying the chart carefully, there was exuberance amount of the chasing element where retailers were buying stock wildly while the BBs were performing their hidden selling. Also, there were 2 Fake Breakouts that was pretty obvious with what traditional TA would say open low close high is bullish while if using Mind Analysis, it was indeed bearish. Overall, do not touch this counter in the near term.

LIVE Market Watching - Yuuzoo Tank

Today was an all amazing day. First off, before I left for my LIVE market watching session at the bistro, I made a outlook for Yuuzoo in the public forum that Yuuzoo was bad and it will experience an avalanche of sellers where price will be slammed down. In the afternoon, I reached the Bistro. As I speak, we as a team witnessed the selling of Yuuzoo where panic selling was detected. Prices plunged right in front of our eyes and it was like everyone dumping the shares without hesitation. Soon, the stock collapsed and it reached a low of 0.34. From 0.44 when I unloaded to 0.34, it's 10 cents down. The selling force was scary and severe, but the most unbelievable thing was the plunged started as I spoke. 70 people witnessed it, it can't be wrong!

Yuuzoo - Right Time to Go Long

Ever since I made $$ and unloaded Yuuzoo at 0.44, the stock thereafter had many Fake Breakouts and hidden unloading where resulted in the price we see today. From 0.44 to 0.365 today, clearly there was many selling which took place or price wouldn't have collapsed. There were also many instances where I constantly provided updates on my blog on the bearishness and warnings of sellers in this counter where indeed, the sellers were persistent in their game plan.

Last night, I talked and shared about Yuuzoo where I believe the time to long this counter is not here yet. To long this counter, I need to see hidden buying with the correct timing so as not to suffer reactions thereafter. So coming Tuesday next week, I will share when is the correct time to look out for this counter again. For those who registered, see you guys there!

Yuuzoo - CEO Price Level Reached

Absolutely no buyers in Yuuzoo as posted yesterday. Yuuzoo has now reached the level where the CEO bought, @ 0.38/0.385. So is it the time to buy now?? A lot of dumping in action as captured in the time and sales and I would rather stay out and not touch. Results out end of the month and could spell trouble for this counter. Be alert if you are holding on onto the long side. For this counter to start moving again, I would need to see more sell down to an attactive buying zone before the up trend continues.

Vard - Continue It's Sell Down

Vard continues it's sell down after yesterday's unloading. Even though the Dow had a 140 points rally last night, that won't help Vard because when hidden selling and Fake Breakout is detected, the goal is to book profits and when one book profits and sell, prices would then trend down. I believe treating each market / stock as an individual entity has more effect than watching and pray for Dow every night.

Vard - Change of Plan

Vard had a change of plan after my student sold off at 0.565! The sellers came in and continue their profit taking since price had risen so much compared to yesterday.

Vard - Contra for $2750

One of my student just finished his Contra trades for $2750 on Vard! Basically using the techniques and simple method of hidden buying to long and sold on that Fake Breakout when everyone was chasing! I remembered he asked me about Vard yesterday and so today after seeing prices ran up like a steroid with the last green bar being a Fake Breakout, I decided to SMS him to lock in $$ in case of any reactions there maybe thereafter. Indeed, Vard as of now suffered a 1 pip drop to 0.56/0.565. More to come soon!

Yuuzoo - Where Are The Buyers?

I was watching how's Yuuzoo performing and still I haven't seen any buyers as of now. It's mostly retailers at the moment where no real buying took place. Will hidden buying start taking place soon? Continue to watch!
