STI - Early Rebounds

The market as of now is trending higher as expected. How far will it go? I don't know, we shall watch.

I don't favor any blue chips now, infact since last Friday I was already bearish on all blue chips. I am still bullish on certain pennies.

APPLE, INTEL, STI, - The Breakdown

During the stock operation course, I gave my outlook for the Singapore and US market to all my students. I said this week is red and bad. So till today, we saw the market coming off from the high. One student asked me about Apple and Intel and I said it's bad, so from what I saw last 2 days, it indeed turned sourish. As for STI, before we saw the breakdown last 2 days, I told all my students I am bearish on the fake breakout bar and STI shall be coming off this week.

So what shall happen today? My game plan is not to short with the mass public. Let all the shortists do the silly stuff first and watch for a rebound. That's what I think will happen.

STI - Shorting At Breakdown Bar?

There is nothing more to say because shorting at breakdown bars are very risky. Just when you thought the market would break down further, today it bounced up as of now. For my trading technique, I would always short before the breakdown, long before the breakout and understand where are all the excitements and panics to capitalize on public's fear and excitement so as to profit from it.

Just when you think a open low close high bar is bullish, it turns bearish and just when you think open high close low bar is bearish, it turns bullish. If you read any books or any information on the internet, they all say the same thing, open low close high is bullish and open high close low is bearish. If that's so true, then why today bounce up after it brokedown yesterday and why on Friday it breakout and yesterday it brokedown?

Think about it, if everyone does the same thing, how can the BBs profit from you? These has got to do with psychology and by only understand how BBs operate and how they hypnotize the public's mind, can one profit consistently from the market. To me at least, timing is very important. By timing your entry as close as possible to the BBs, you have a trading edge and probability of beating the game. Nothing much has been written on stock speculation with timing because it's an unique ancient art which requires detailed understanding and study of psychology in the stock market so as to decipher minds of the Big Boys and profit with them.

Sky One - Profits

This student of mine asked me about Sky One on Sunday. I told him that there was going to be limited rise coming Monday, so look to unload on breakout. When he first alerted me on Friday, I knew Sky One was going to breakout and that's where he longed. Yesterday, he managed to unload almost near day high. That's amazing because he practiced what I preached and yield profits thereafter. Now, I am really happy for him because this is not his first profits after the course, in fact I think he already made a few rounds in other stocks.

I am imparting an art. An art can only be practiced because it has no form. If you ask 2 person to draw an apple, the apple would be different. As long as it is an apple, then the job is done. Whether who draws better, the teacher will grade it. It's the same in the stock market, to know whether you are right or wrong, the teacher (market) will judge by giving/deducting $ from you.

I am not a teacher, I am just a speculator, teaching my future speculators to discover and understand themselves better. The real teacher is always the market itself because it's either she gives you a wallop or reward you with $ which I cannot give. I can only give and share my experience and knowledge.

STI, Capitaland - The Fake Breakout

I was just sharing with my students about the Fake Breakout yesterday during the stock operation course. The psychology and mentality in that breakout and why I believed it was fake. Today both STI and Capitaland reacted accordingly to my prediction so I knew that breakout was to pump and suck the public in so that the BBs can unload.

However the big question lies on how do we spot such breakout? I will talk more in the preview tomorrow. Interested parties can register as per below. Stock Operation Course Recap

STI - Get Out Of Shorts

Oceanus - The 40min Job

Today Oceanus appeared in the Top Volume 15mins after 9am. However I was already longed at 9.04am and alerted all my students. I believe most of them did not verify/read chart and enter blindly with me. Well, it's strange, whenever I emailed my students, most just enter blindly with me and when I exited, they just exited with me again without reading charts. I don't know why but whenever I exited a stock, the stock will be stalled and not moving. Maybe this is the power of K theory? I don't know.

As for why Oceanus ran today, I saw something peculiar in the morning. The stock was not moving which I knew it was time to take issue within minutes. So without hesitation, I just whacking until I got 1200 lots. This is just like Midas in my previous trade, morning opened, 19 secs later, just sell, don't think why or where is the target price. Profit in $ is always never wrong.

When a stock is in a chaotic mode, when everyone is scouring and rushing to chase price, when the smoke is very dark, just look for unloading by the BBs, 9/10 times, you won't go wrong.

Profits With Trading Plan

Midas - The High

Yesterday was just critical yet crucial for my unloading plan. The first thing in the morning, I knew I need to eliminate emotion, fear, greed and hope. Let it all go and take whatever the market gives me. Time waits for no man and if I was slow by a tick of a sec, all my profits would be eroded. The stock is currently trading now at 0.42/0.425. If I were to hold through this reaction, my account would be -$1500 now.

Now, why did the BBs unloaded at 0.44 first thing in the morning? It's very simple, because the stock just used up too much strength and energy for a 2 cent gap up which to me is like running at full speed till the very last breath which requires some rest. I did not look at chart to determine the target price nor think too much at the moment when it happened. All I know was psychology and mind games when it comes to the stock market. No one can spot the high or low or when a stock is ready to breakout/breakdown, by only understanding how a stock is operated, will he/she be able to profit with the BBs.

STI - A Big Move

Yesterday at 7.43am way before any market was opened, I speculated of a big move to come.

Last night, I witnessed the big move in Dow Jones, however early in the morning when I woke up, I was a little disappointed because of the closing. I didn't expect the big move to happen to quickly after I posted. Whatever it is, I secured my profits for Midas 19 secs after the market opened. It may trend higher, but I shall be busy having meetings today so I shall let my mind clear first.

Today the market is not easy, it's not wise to trade. Of course with that being said, I may or may not take a position if I see something.

Also with regards to the trading plan I mentioned on Sunday, I will show the mass public what I sent to all my students. You shall see something you haven't witness in trading or speculation before. STI - Results Of A Trading Plan

Over the weekend, I blogged about a trading plan. Of course, I emailed to all my students about my plan for the week. Today, a soon-to-be student emailed me his trade records to show me that he made money off from my trading plan. With that being said, he has not learnt anything from me yet, but nevertheless it was exhilarating to see him make money before the course starts this weekend. StatsChp - A Window Of Opportunity

I used to be a professional h*****. If I see a window of opportunity to break things apart, I will capitalized on it because I know there is possibly a chance to discover something. Today, I used that mentality to try it on Statschp again. Once again, this stock had never failed me and I emerged with a profit.

At 11.27am, I alerted all my students that StatsChp was almost ready and at 12.25pm, I sent an update to let them know that I am out. Well, the entire window timeframe was almost an hour for a stock that was not trading very heavily and actively. For a stock like StatsChp to move from 0.375/0.38 to 0.395/0.4 in a 1 hour timeframe is considered a lot. Look at what happened when I was out of StatsChp, the stock is under reaction mode again and once again my mind is clear to do some work and watch some other stocks.

Attached is the 5 min chart and as you can see there isn't anything visible except a - in the chart when I longed. To read a chart like this requires a certain skill set which I am still practicing today. I hope I will be able to master this skill in no time because time wait for no man. :)

STI - Risky and Tricky

I believe it's not wise to short the market today. Yes, the market will open red first where the mass public will rush in to do silly things, I shall watch and follow the BBs' movements the moment they are ready. Today I shall be very busy with a lot of meetings and appointments but I can have a peace of mind because I already secured my profits and waiting to get in the second round. Happy trading guys. :)

On another note, I believe a big move is coming. I don't know when, it shall be today or this week. I am watching closely.
