Noble seems to have a good news coming with it's price running. Will this price continue to burst and catch up with it's speed? It seemed as though the operators behind were furiously snapping up huge chunks of shares and taking advantage of it's low cost now. The stock is also at the bottom which reveals why the snapping action. I am short term bullish.
