After some minor profit taking, the bulls are back for Cogent. As I shared on Sep 13 that this is my watchlist stock and it's looking good, the sellers did not dampen the buyers. Instead the selling was an opportunity for the buyers to hop back in again at a better price. See my analysis below.

I believe there are impending news to be released soon and the price is rising ahead of it. The stock at this moment looks bullish and I expect it to trend a higher.
