Hi-P is slowly back in the game with rising price and the buyers were willing to absorb at higher price with speed which might indicate some good news might be releasing soon. The Top 30 Volume is reflecting Hi-P as from 0 to now number 24 where the stock is making some volume progression. I studied the chart and it's beautifully setup. See the other stocks like Rex Intl and also AEM, they are coming back too!
