The top 30 volume became stagnant and boring. Studying the top volume now, it's wise to stay out of penny stocks with tech oil & gas crashing 23% in 1 day. Other than that, the market is not moving which is time to search for some good stocks to do some accumulation. I will be staying out for now until the signal becomes clearer.
