The insiders of Hong Fok Group, a property development company is acquiring shares of their own stock. Fundamental reports and data tell us the obvious thing about their buying like the date, amount of shares and how much they bought, however from the chart wise, it wasn't as rosy. Looking at how they buy, it's not that great because they were buying on the way down and there is no serious up move in the making at the moment.
I believe they buy because the shares are cheap and not because the timing is right. The Dow was slammed down -367 points last evening, so I don't think Hong Fok can run tomorrow either. I am watching this counter for more hidden buying rather than obvious recorded buying in the insider trades.
