Put aside the fundamental news, from the chart wise perspective, the stock looks risky but it's not bad at the moment. However it's so tricky that one must hop in at the right time with the right price in order not to suffer unnecessary reactions. A break below 0.38 would below heavy trouble for Noble. Watch it.
