YZJ Shipping - 49% Rise on Q1 Earnings

Yzj Shipping just announced that they had a 49% rise in Q1 earnings, but look at what happened to the share price, it gap up first for retailers to chase and then now suffered the sell down as highlighted in the minute chart. The old adage is right, "Buy on rumors and sell on news". I think it's important to know the financial dates on an impending results ahead. I will share more on how my Whatsapp service next Tuesday May 2nd and how to see the sell down now before it happened.

Dragon Group - Price, Charts or News and Articles?

Dragon Group primed for new direction for their company, it should be a good news and good move, however one should ask themselves, the penny season is not here yet, can dragon group buck the whole penny trend as the only super stock that ran? Can we trust the news that we hear? Do we know what's really running inside the company? Or do we deduce our observation from the stock price itself?

Analyzing the chart, there was a fake breakout for the BBs to unload, and they a second wave buy up from the public where the BBs would look to unload more there and short sell their and there you see the price today where the stock came off and trended down which caused fear to the public and they cut loss. I believe reading from the chart has more advantage than listening to news and reading articles. Of course that's me, you may be different. But I know, trade records don't lie.

Metech Int - Good News No Rally??

So today Metech released a good news today that they would be removed from the SGX watchlist. However the price did not rebound! The real rally had already been materialized back in September this year. Now there is a difference between intrinsic and real value of the price. Everyone can hope and wait for the good news to be released, however it doesn't mean that once the news is released, the price would factor in with the news or they would be a rally/rebound. The old adage holds true, buy on rumors and sell on news. The most anticipated news was out, but the price remained at 0.023/0.024. What does it tell you? It tells you that Ronald K, loaded back in April and September on rumors and sold on September 26th on news! That's it! Yes there is still potential on this counter, however one needs to do swing trade/investment. Decide you want fast $$ or slow long dull period of investments. :)

Rumors And Tabloids

I was just replying to a comment this morning and something struck my mind. Recently I had been flamed. Well, I always tell my friends that it is all talks and comments, how would it hurt me when it doesn't hurt my pocket? Furthermore, I don't gossip about others nor do things that hurt anyone, so why flame? Do I owe them something? Did I flame at them? Why are they constantly visiting my blog many times per day when they loathe me so much? Of course I know what they are thinking in their mind and I won't fall for their tricks. Anonymous, like I say, you can keep flaming at me, no problem, because I am simply loving all the limelight and attention you had given me. I believe in karma, what comes around goes around.

All I want to say is this, if ya'll believe what you read in the comments section about me taking 1 pip profit or my course is expensive because it's 5 figures etc then there is no difference between reading a newspaper or magazines and absorb what was anyhow written inside. The public always lose out in the stock market because they believe the media story on prominent newspaper/magazines. Of course some are real and some are fakes but we never know the real intention behind. How can we judge someone when we don't know the person in life? In AGM meeting, the CEO can paint a beautiful story but how come the stock price keep plunging? Do you blame the CEO after that? Do you know what's his real intention? To tell ya'll the truth, I seldom read newspaper and I am not very knowledgeable. I always depend on friends if I want to know some news or reports. Articles published on newspapers/magazines are mostly rumors and tabloids because that interests the public and most are willing to pay money to buy and read it or else how can the media houses survive without the public supporting them? Think about it.

Take all comments and talks with a pinch of salt. If you believe what was said, then well I got nothing to say. If you think I am a bad person, so be it. I cannot pleased everyone, as long as I don't hurt or cause anyone to lose money, then my conscience is clear. Even god himself get criticized, so who am I compared to him? My preview should be coming soon, so if you believe what was written in the previous comments section, please don't come, I don't need your money for my course and you can spend it elsewhere. If you believe in what was written about 5 digits, please don't ever attend my preview session because that was what Anonymous wrote, NOT what was decided by my partner. If you believe in me taking 1 pip, go back and see all my past profits/losses and decide for yourself. Not many people post trade records in blog or elsewhere and I am one of them who do post because I believe in honesty and what you see is what you get. Ask other bloggers or educators to show you their trade records and you will encounter lots of excuses. CityIndex had all my trade history and they know I am for real when it comes to trading big lots. I don't falsify information because I believe in transparency to let others know what am I made of. Do you think CityIndex will work with me if I trade using demo accounts? Think about it.

So to my allegiance fellows fans, my point is very simple, do not believe in assumptions or conclusions based on what you see or read, they may be superficial and floating on the surface. Always do your own due diligence, homework and deep dive investigative work before making that final statement.

Update 7.30AM, July 14, 2012

To add on my point, see the circled headlines. CEO can be accused of frauds and libor can be manipulated by banks' CEO too. Ain't these news juicy enough to suck the public to read? Are we reading the real story that was published? Do we know their intention? Do we know the CEO in person? Do I go flame and comment on the CEOs' actions? Based on my character, I don't bother because whatever it is, it is just a news published so as to gain traffic and readership. I don't know those CEOs personally and they did not hurt my pocket in any fashion. I believe in karma, what you sow is what you reap. As long as I mind my own business and do good then all outward things will take care of itself. I am a magnanimous person, so I won't hold against all the tawpie who don't know me personally and flame me. :)

Why I Never Trust News And Announcements

I got a lot of people telling me this week the Fed is coming out with a QE plan or this company earnings is good or Obama is trying to create more jobs etc..Everyday there are tons of news releasing from the media. How do I handle with all these news? I am listening to NONE of them. The only time I listen is for leisure purposes and it will NEVER be used as a medium for my trading plan.

Above is an example where Warren Buffer bought BAC shares and what happened after that day? Those who jumped in thinking that Buffet's deal is going to save you, you would be traumatized by now and would have already relinquished. The news and announcements are really good tools to guide investors and traders in a way that continually takes them in an opposite direction from where they wish to go and points them in a direction which allows them to consistently lose money. Financial news are only useful, if it is used as a contrary indicator. At least, that's the way how I view it.

News, Rumors and why the Public always loses

Just to show my point that why the public is constantly feeding hard earned money to Wall Street. On July 15th, 2010, JP Morgan earnings result was released and it beat estimates. Shouldn't the price go higher instead since the news is good? If you would bought the stock on that day and hold till the next 2 days, you would be emotionally drained and depressed and wondering did they really beat estimates?

The bad news was this earnings report was already out way before the actual date on July 15th. Big operators were already buying the stock up and started to take profit on the day the news was released. The psychology was simple, the big operators knew that on that day when the news would to be released, there would be a huge load of investors, retail punters buying this stock, so it would be great if they could unload some of their holdings and cash in some profits. There is always a good old saying "buy on rumors and sell on news" and i think this saying holds very true. The price action before the news was released already factored in that the earning report will be good. You would be asking how those people know that its earnings would be good? Well, I don't really care if they know if or not, watch out for unusual activity to the price is the key. Follow the action of the big operators and you won't go wrong.

If you had lost money buying based on news, sit down and think about it. Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.
