SMRT - Privatisation by Temasek Holdings

SMRT just got offered from Temasek Holdings for S$1.18B and the stock after 3 days of halt started to gap up today. Studying the chart, it revealed that the stock was weak instead of strong and I wasn't able to predict the buy out that happened yesterday. There was a some profit taking and distribution and the buying wasn't strong. To see the bail out of SMRT was just pleasing because the government is trying their best to make the transport system better. Could it spell more privatization of other Singapore brand conglomerates? Only time will tell.

SMRT - Furious Buyers Into Good News

Today the stock appeared in the Top Volume with rising price with even more furious buyers, pushing price to hit a high of 1.61. I want to see how much sellers now before calculating the next move. Congrats to all who went long this stock! Tomorrow will be a good day for my final pick of stocks.

Sellers came in to book profits! The amount of sellers were strong. Be alert to your long profits!

SMRT - Uprising Prices Today

SMRT is currently rising and the stock price as predicted after the magazine report is on an uptrend. As warned yesterday to the shortist to be alert, the buyers were strong.

SMRT - Good News Into Charts

Over the weekend, the edge magazine had a feature on SMRT. After reading it, it made logic and sense. On the surface, the company looks like they made some improvements with more transparency with concerted effort to improve it's image with a blog and an advertising campaign. This is what it portrays in the media and news but in fact, this piece of good news had already been factored into the SMRT stock price as shown in the chart above circled at the gap down point. SMRT as of now looks bullish. The buyers were flocking in and there were limited sellers. In the near term, I would look into a good timing for a bullish trade. For those who shorted, be alert of your positions if any. The chart is telling us that the Big Boys had covered their shorts. :)

SMRT Corp Ltd (S53.SI) - SMRT Soared, Khaw Ignited Revamped Hopes

SMRT soared and gap up in the morning, however a bullish call was made last Friday based on the chart that SMRT was going to trend higher. See the link below:

Today SMRT was in the Top Volume and with some positive news released, the stock was no wonder being accumulated by the Big Boys last week for today's gap up. SMRT Corp Ltd (S53.SI) - Bullish Share Price

SMRT had a powerful ran up earlier. I believe there is going to be some big news coming and with that being said, studying the chart, it looks as though higher price for the stock is also coming too. The stock currently broke above the profit taking zone which is a gone sign and a chance for retailers to hop in before higher price is materialized.
