Katrina - A SOMM Whatsapp Alert

Katrina was one of the stocks recommended by DBS for a buy call. See the below link where I gave a Whatsapp alert before DBS issued the buy call to all SOMM members.

Last Thursday, I saw Katrina as being one of the most flushiest stock, where one day it trends up and the next day it trended lower and hence I sent out another Whatsapp alert to all SOMM members to lock in $ first. In trading, I believe the most important thing is when you see something is not right, the first reaction is to get out first and don't bother about whatever target price there is.

Today the stock suffered some selling and it reached a low of 0.315! This means that what I saw last week was spot on or Katrina would not have suffered this selling. I have my own personal opinion when it comes to playing stocks because I trust the charts more than any buy/sell recommendations. Although the profits is not a lot which sometimes happens, but still it's better than suffering reactions. Congrats all SOMM!

Katrina - A SOMM Whatsapp Call

DBS had issued a buy call for Katrina yesterday and upon seeing that, I knew I was right again because in fact, I sent out a bullish Whatsapp alert to all my SOMM Members on Aug 23, 8 days earlier before the bank issued the bullish call. See the link here.

Studying the whole 5 minute chart for Katrina, there was some hidden buying during the time when I sent out the alert. From there on, the stock rise, fell and then rose back again where it seemed like a roller coaster and hence, I would rather book profits and moved on to another counter again. Will it continue to rise from here? I don't know because it's tough. I am rotating to others.

Katrina - A SOMM Whatsapp

Gave a Whgtsapp educational bullish alert to my SOMM Team today. This time round is Katrina. In fact, I was already watching it yesterday but the timing was not ready and hence I decided to watch closely further for the right timing. Finally, this morning at 9:12am I saw the Q flipped and hence a Whatsapp alert was sent out.

Katrina end of day closed higher where the buyers were strong, not as strong as Wong Fong but still it closed on a day high with a strong note. Studying the minute chart, there was more evidence of hidden buying earlier in the morning and finally the stock broke out today. Congrats SOMM! Trade records up soon.

As per my last post and last warning, the sell down continues towards the end of day. From 0.355/0.36 when the buy/sell Q flipped to the obvious selling that happened at 4.10pm, Katrina Group was just easy to do prediction using simple charts and queue numbers. Katrina Group - Amazing Drop with Market Depth

Katrina indeed dropped further after all my Katrina Analysis today! See my initial warning post to be cautious and look out for sellers in the 1 minute chart.

And now, the market depth revealed more weakness which I believe the next few days Katrina may not be looking so good since the sellers were relentless with their selling. The buyers were trying to support to the stock but to be only met with pile and pile of more sellers. Continue to stay out until the next turning point.

From the early morning run to retailers chasing to finally the stock starts to suffer selling, it's like profit taking, distribution and then sellers. From here on, I am definitely staying out from this counter and moving on to the next stock.

Katrina Group - 1 Minute Chart

The 1 minute chart for Katrina group just revealed so much useful information. From the early profit taking for those who bought pre IPO at 0.21 to now 0.4, the stock soared which revealed some bullishness and willingness for traders to take up the shares. I will stay out of this counter now until I see much more signs of turning. But here, I am want congrats all the pre IPO investors who went in at 0.21 and now in the big $.

Katrina Group - Market Depth Opening

I will be watching Katrina Group when market opens later at 9am. The market depth is flipping heavily now but that won't be the sign of bullishness/bearishness later. The most important thing is when market opens not pre open. Hence, I will be watching the minute chart and also the buy/sell Q on how the actions flip and churn. This is an IPO stock and hence it will be a short term trade. Can't wait for the next 15 minute for market to start.
