The Top Volume counters are made up of medical stocks in play today while the Oil and Gas sector suffered a sell down. Today most pennies are not in play while other important sectors and stocks took over. Market seemed to be very tough these few days. Something big is coming by scanning the Top 30 Volume stocks but I am not sure where the direction is moving.
