Noble Group - A Small Cut Loss

Noble gap up this morning, however because of slowness and some hesitation, did not unload and book profits but rather profits turned into small losses. Noble had some downgrading from fitch ratings recently and the stock suffered a great fall when the negative ratings was released.

Yesterday it released another news that probably drove the stock price up a little before it met with another tranche of sellers today at 0.375.

As of now, the stock is very difficult to trade with so many resistance and uncertainty. Just like Yuuzoo, need to stay out and rotate to the next counter. This stock may just cause everyone to have an heart attack.

Wilmar - A Short Sell with $3000 Profits

It was a tough day today, really tough. The market gap up and then suffer selling as predicted 7.18am in my private forum LIVE. At 7:18am, no other market was opened but to be able to see through what's going to happen at market opening before it happend, it's something that I had been doing over many years and I dare to say my experienced had brought me to a whole new level.

Conducted a private event earlier in the morning and one of the stocks I shared was Wilmar. How the stock's recent rally was conducted due to news and why did it suddenly suffered selling today. Shorted 3.47 and covered @ 3.33 with $3000 profits is a good feeling in 1 Contra day. There are days I play penny stocks and there are days I select Blue chips.

The market had such a great fall today after the short covering yesterday! It seemed as though the market is going into a deep unknown area where I am not even sure if the bulls are strong enough to win the fight. Yuuzoo - Time to Long?

Yesterday I blogged about the bearishness in Yuuzoo because of the persistent sellers with the obstacles in clearing the hurdles of more sellers at the top. Today I expect Yuuzoo to suffer selling when the market opens. The sellers will be out to do their usual selling and some retailers will be there to buy, thinking that the price compared to yesterday was cheaper. In my personal opinion, I don't think this is a good stock nor it's the time to long. I have better stocks in my mind and let's see what happens when market opens at 9am!

Singtel - The Bounce Just Happened

From 3.75 to now 3.9 is 15 cents gain in a 1 week swing trade. Studying and analyzing the chart for scrips and doing forward prediction is much more important that back testing systems. For those who went long on Singtel based on my LIVE call on my blog, congrats, you are in the $$. The STI today also trended higher with buyers support the market. With STI moving higher, Singtel seemed to follow it's movement with least resistance. Yuuzoo also suffered some selling as posted in the morning due to obstacles. It's just a good day for me. :)

Ezion - Shorting with $5000 Profit

Another short sell trade in Ezion with 400 lots and profited with $5000. The market sudden shift caught many by surprise but some shorts were issued out last week. Today is a day to reap rewards. The Ezion chart was bearish last week with profit takings and exhausted gap up. With more sellers join the shorting game, the price can only tank lower. Book profits first and move on to the next stock. Noble collapsed too with a downgrade rating, what a waste!

Fitch Ratings has placed commodities trade house Noble Group on watch for a potential downgrade, which would take the company's credit rating to junk status.
Fellow ratings agencies Standard and Poor's and Moody's have both cut their ratings for Noble to junk status in recent months.
Singapore-listed Noble, which trades commodities including coal, iron ore and oil, is battling to boost investor confidence after a bruising accounting dispute and weak markets.
Fitch said the potential downgrade hinges on Noble's ability to negotiate competitive financing terms, with a large portion of its $2.2 billion of bank facilities due to mature this month.
"The RNW (Rating Watch Negative) is driven by Fitch's expectations that Noble will focus more on shorter-term and secured financing to lower financing costs amid a difficult operating environment," Fitch said in a statement.
"This is likely to result in less financial flexibility for the company."

Noble - Shorting 340 Lots in 2 Contra Days

Another short sell on Noble last Friday with 340 lots with today booking profits of $3,500. Considered this a 2 Contra day trade with a 4 digit profits, it's definitely not bad. Noble is a thick counter and hence it's tricky where a scalp was done instead of a swing trade. With the current market condition unknown, it's best to protect profits first and move on to the next stock. For those who already registered tomorrow, see you on time!

Yuuzoo - Good News, Good Stock?

Yuuzoo recently announced that it has a higher net profit for Q1 and hence the stock gap up. However every time the stock gap up, it was met with sellers and depressing prices. I am not sure if this time round the gap up is for real but it's definitely not the stock I would be touching for the short to mid term. Why? Because the sellers were persistent and I only love stocks that follow that path of least resistance. There are too many obstacles and resistances in this counter. Rotate to another stock.
