With the recent volatility and huge swings in the Dow, the STI and Singapore stocks suffered some form of peculiar behavior. As drawn in the STI chart, there is a one day gap up and then followed by a gap down to soon realized that another gap down followed yesterday. In fact there were about 5 gaps happening since last week till yesterday and it all poised that STI is on it's way down for a heavy correction. In the near term, I am not looking to long any stocks until more flushes and panic selling appears.
