GP Hotels chairman plans to takeover the company at 36.5 cents for each share. This marks another company that is going for privatization. I am waiting for the next company to also go privatize because the theme now is privatization. From GLP, Super Group, ARA, Vard, Noble and the list goes on, many companies are looking to delist from Singapore. My job is to uncover those and try to profit from it.
