Some penny stocks are running in a down market. Look at the top 30, some flying while others are stagnant. Choose the right ones and you shall be rewarded. I saw Chasen and BlackGoldNatural starting to have buy/sell queue flips and before the next thing I know, the stock flew. Study the top volume closely for the next wave!
