Saw the 1 lot marker in Rowsley earlier at 9:56am and decided to give Rowsley a try @ 0.128 & 0.129. The marker was beautiful as it was marked on a day when most penny stocks had some activities in inside a collection point. Longed 5.5 million shares and Rowsley hit a high of 0.131 as the stock is slow yet steady. As blogged earlier, I think there is still upside for Rowsley but it might be taking some time and testing one's patience.
