On April 15th, 2013, when Oceanus was trading at 0.053/0.054, I called for it to turn down in the short to mid term.

2-3 weeks had passed by and the stock went to a low of 0.047 before closing at 0.05 today. Will it start to trend higher from here? Is this a start of another leg of breakout? We shall watch.
