Cityneon just went privatized at $1.30 as the stock had been running in the background for so many months without moving to the Top Volume until today when the news was released.

Studied the chart and the signals were pretty vague but still there was this privatized news which was released after the few days of trading halt. The market looks mix today while most banks were down while some other counters were moving up. I am not sure what's happening but it's volatile for trading now.
