So what does the Operator of Oceanus likes to do? See the chart attached, they love to create fake breakouts then let the stock rest first and either allow further breakouts to happen or they shall conduct a free fall breakdown which would scared the hell out of the public and cause them to liquidate with panicky selling which is what we are witnessing at the moment in Oceanus. So where shall this breakdown ends ultimately? I seriously believe it shall be between the region of 0.025-0.027. We shall watch.
