There are 3 signs in the Dow Jones chart which depicts explosive moves. 3 in the 5 minute chart and 3 in the hourly chart. It was so nicely setup and the explosive move can be calculated. See the cross highlighted and that's how I normally would trade the Dow Jones.
1. See the flush where the BBs drag the stock down with the fastest and longest bar down. It indicates retailers were scared and flushed out
2. Short sell at the peak when profit taking took place. BBs love to do shorts at extreme peak and short more on the way down.
3. Long on reactions with mini flushes so as to capture another wave up. This is to buy for 2nd leg when the first wave was missed.
