Market is down today with the Dow Jones down -200 plus points. Many blue chips are battered down while penny stocks like Ezion, Kris Energy and Rex just moved higher. Rex Intl had some good news after the halt yesterday and the stock started to breakout and ran up further. This brought other oil counters to come in play too since the season for oil related small caps are favorable at the moment. Some good potential stocks are also currently in the Top Volume where the volume just came in and the stock had some movements. Watch the Top Volume closely now as the next few days is crucial.
