It might be a bull trap for QT Vascular and other penny counters. QT Vascular's Buy/Sell QT has changed drastically from hundreds to thousands which could signal that the stocks is currently in the retailer hands as opposed to the Big Operators pocket. If it is in the retailer's hands, I wouldn't want to touch or play this counter now because retailers wouldn't have the financial muscle to power up the price. I am mindful and being alert.
