Ever since I made a call that insiders were accumulating Oxley on Dec 16th 2013, the stock was being snapped up frequently and was indeed very strong! Check out the breakout today after I made my call in the morning, the insiders refused to let go! They created a huge breakout today to a high of 0.52!!
