As speculated this morning after the market gap down, I made a call that the market would rebound imminently after short covering. So as of now, with all the short covering + all the buying, we witnessed a rebound!! How accurate can this be? I believe the point here is to make a call at the CORRECT timing + less emotion when one is looking to long and not performing averaging down strategy because it would scare the hell out of every traders and investors. Of course, back in the SMMG Club, some students are banking in $$$ and so which stock did I give again????
Ask yourself honestly, would you like to keep averaging down the penny stocks where it kept dropping more till all your bullets were used up or would you want to buy right at the bottom where the price would rise thereafter with less emotion. You will have an answer in your heart. In fact, I gave a call on Monday night, 11pm, in the SMMG Club and inform all students that pennies would rebound on Tues, which was yesterday! True enough, penny stocks like CNA, Mirach, Albedo indeed rebounded! Of course, one would need to pick the correct penny stocks and I just taught that skills to all students during yesterday's students sharing session!! Hope you guys picked up something! I did not post this important outlook on my blog because some calls are meant for students and some are meant for public.
