I am not sure why Venture had a sudden run up in price but when I looked at the chart, there was a gap up followed by ws before the gap up happened again today with almost a 12% gain. The last news was Aug 3 when they released the results.

The ran up could be due to the demand zone and some ws in the min chart. However nobody knows it could ran so steep high today as shown in the minute chart. It's the best stock today as a top gainer but it's so difficult to catch it at times. Looking for the next trade.
