Hi-P - Moving in Radar

Hi-P just moved in the radar in the Top Volume. While most tech stocks were stilll stagnant, this counter moved up first while the rest might follow? I don't know but from the minute chart of Hi-P, there were many details of the stock looking ready for another leg up. See the circled area as it flushed and recovered. Then study the daily chart where there was no profit taking. Probably the stock coming down now is just a small breather first before moving higher? Watching it closely.
