Extremely powerful bite up in Rex Intl with super big volume eating up almost at all levels. It signaled some BBs were buying the shares and the stock is moving north. Earlier in the morning, the stock was only 0.099 and was repeatedly sold down until late noon about 4pm where the big volume bite up started and the stock started to move north. There seemed to be no stoppage on the transactions as every thick level was taken up. I think something major might be happening or releasing.
